its been freaking ages since I been pondering..trying to catch up with all the major changes that have happened in the days gone by..a LOTTTT of work, putting in 10-14 hour days in office, working on every weekend, a new year, made some new friends, got in and out of a relationship, handling new responsibilities at work, made a few more Goa trips, got the folks to come over to Mumbai once, made a sexed out Goa road trip that ended up getting me totally nostalgic and homesick...
the last few days have been sorta awakening for me...18 till I die would be the policy that i would love to believe in, would love to have led a peter pan existence..unfortunately or fortunately, we don't have that option..change is constant and life goes on..time and tide wait for no man and only those who evolve along with time win the race that is life.. Wow! I just strung a line of the worst cliches, i have read! :) but beginning to understand the pressures that come with being an adult and how to accept the responsibilities and requirements that come with it. The trick as I am beginning to understand it, is looking for the silver lining. and there always is a silver lining for everything that adds that extra bit of joy and spice to life. Its essentially the age old debate of the glass half full or the glass half empty debate..
lot of changes that are gonna happen soon, friends moving into new locations and new jobs, new friends coming into the city, moving house and finding new places, mixing around and making new friends, all of which I am looking forward to b'coz after all while life's tough , I am tougher..and when the going gets rough, i ll just get rough... :)
